Veggie Explosion
I think this is the first week my CSA has truly intimidated me:
Here we have: Two types of lettuce A purple kohlrabi flat-leaf parsley zucchini cabbage baby beets rainbow chard green onions broccoli turnips radishes
Mdr is also crazily impressed by the good and balanced mix you got. Good buy :-) Many vegetables produce more antioxident after being cooked, brocolli, tomato, etc.. All are easier to the digestive system when cooked.
daaaang, that's a good haul! It started out kind of slow there, but I see things have really picked up. Happy Cooking...you'll have to let us know what you do with it all.
