I have no idea what termination dust is! Google sez "The first, light dusting of snow" and "Termination Dust is an Alaskan term referring to the first dusting of snow in the mountains. Summer is "terminated" and winter is on its way ..."
Hm... I can think of less frightening-sounding terms than that! "Termination dust" sounds to me like an agent of chemical warfare!
