A sigh of acquiescence
I harvested my never-to-ripen green tomatoes yesterday and made chow-chow:
I deliberately undercooked it because I like it with more texture. Yay for crunchy bits. :)
looks yummy! Now where are you storing all these delicious pickles and preserves that you are making? Your wee cabin in the woods doesn't have -that- much space for cases of jars, does it? Also, where did your pounds and pounds of berries go?

Under the stairwell. :) As for the berries, I've been experimenting making blueberry oatmeal cookies, blueberry biscotti, and blueberry jam. :)
