I bought myself a model steam engine because HELL YEAH!!!
@mdr; this machine is a "toy", which is for this thing we call "fun". :) The wood shavings don't go anywhere. They just sit in their box and burn; like a tiny version of my wood stove.
There is this thing called "fun". I bought it for "fun". The company has been making them since 1932; several generations now have enjoyed it! Ask your granddaughter what "fun" is. She might share with you the secret! :)
That website is amazing. It was clearly frozen in amber in 1996.
