Love your breakfast photo, stir fry shredded carrots for a little while and add in egg with shredded green onion. This gives the best eye nutrients (cooked carrot release more nutrients and easier absorption).

ReplyDelete@mdr, yes! She is sweet and outgoing. Cricket is sweet, but a tiny bit shy. We eat lots of carrots (a 5-pound bag a week!). :)
