by the way, regarding your post the other day about eating high cholesterol/bad fat foods - can't you find foods that are high in good fats instead? for example, josh loves this olive spread focaccia (focaccia with tons of chopped olives, olive oil, and salt on top) and it it really good, but darn greasy! but i think it's better than if it was made from butter!

I can see her going . o O(Maybe she doesn't see me. She's busy playing with the camera. I could make my move now...)

Hi b!

Yes, I agree! But... sometimes I can't help myself. :( I think my entire body metabolism reacts differently in Winter because I honestly crave things that I think are disgusting in Summer. Bacon honestly sounds great!

Oh yeah; that is reindeer sausage.

Seriously drooling on keyboard! Is that smoked salmon in the jar?

When you are outdoors in a cold climate (like you are) you definitely need higher fat content in the food.

No, those are red pepper flakes, the kind you sprinkle on pizza. I found I could get them super cheap from the Mexican spices section, but I need to provide my own dispenser. So I drilled some holes into the lid of a small Ball jar and voila! The only problem is it doesn't have a lid, so I use cling film with a rubber band.

I had this idea to drill holes in half the lid, take another lid and hog out half of it, and then put the two lids one on top of the other to open and close the holes by rotating one (hope that makes sense), but the Ball jar couldn't accommodate two lids. :(

That sounds like a good idea for the lid, too bad there was enough space. What I do with my chilli flakes is just keep in a jar with a screw cap the then just pinch out or pour out however many I want --cus I like lots!

Reminded me of Muffingirl staring at your plate.

How about drinking MORE green tea after a greasy buttery meal? Green tea is known to counteract the grease. Don't drink immediately, wait for half an hour later, as long as it does not interfer with your normal sleep.

Yeah, Teho emailed me and asked if he could use the photo. I had no idea what he was going to do with it, though. I also had no idea that my pasta looked so revolting! :)
