Well, yesterday Winter officially started. How I define that has varied. This year it feels like the first day I felt sort of... brrrrrr and got out a heavier coat with a flannel lining. The temperatures dropped below 0F.
Such pretty bluebird days!
I'll take this cold and frozen ground over mud and grey skies.
The other nice news is that the trails are frozen again, and we can take nice long walks!
Look how pretty the light is!
There was only one small patch of overflow ice, but we could walk around the edge.
But the rest of the trails are in great shape!
The roads are nice for walking, too.
And Raven never gets tired any more. Ball time ends with my hands getting cold!
And we can snuggle again!
Snuggles are the best!
DL often gets trapped in snuggles.
So much that on a Saturday morning, a beautiful omelette like this gets cold until he manages to free himself from Cricket.
She loooooves her Daddy though.
Nnnnnnnggggg
Look how good they both are! They let me trim their nails without a fuss and then they know that they get LIVERZZZZZ!!
Wishing all 14 of my loyal readers a lovely winter!

Really liked the 2nd and 3rd pictures - I can almost feel the fresh cold air. Wish it was that temperature here.
Liked the re-run pictures also!
