The saga of Mr. Grumphus Bumfus Bunn B. Doofus, Esq. is over. His end was more peaceful than his life ever was--he simply went to sleep and never woke up. I dropped his body off to be cremated this morning, and his ashes will be scattered on my land near all of my rats'.
Goodnight, Mr. B. Rest easy. Please don't haunt me. We had a difficult relationship, but I truly did my best. I hope you have lots of fresh cilantro where you are.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear this, though it sounds like it happened in the very best way. Hugs to you all, and especially Millie.
Sorry to hear this. Sigh. Good thoughts heading your way from Oz.
Ohhhhh.... So sad. You were a great mom to him. I shall always remember the great grumptacular Bunn!

Mr. B., tales of your antics delighted me for years. I will treasure them. Your presence on CuteOverload and Disapproving Rabbits undoubtedly brightened the days of thousands of people over the years. You were a special bunny, grumphus or no.
Bunn had a great 10 years. He could have been run over by any car in MV 10 years ago, had you not adopted him and given him a home and you lugged him wherever you moved to. Millie will be happier without having to live with this grumpy old guy. I know for sure Nayacat would be without Lemmacat.
I will miss you! Our conspiracy terrorism organization will continue and you will always be remembered as a founder. Love, Lemma
Oh Bunn, my, er, strongest memory of you was when Dave and I were asked to drop in on you and Millie when your human was away (can't remember to where). You tried very hard to obtain a blood sample from Dave, but he gave you the slip. We fed you lovely green leaves and fruit and all sorts of goodies that your human had set aside for you, but you weren't convinced and glared at us the whole time. Give no quarter, huh Bunn?
No grudges though - it was fun to pet-sit and see you sitting in your litter box while eating. Efficiency in its best form!
rest in peace bunn!
i'm so sorry to hear this as well! i'm glad it was a peaceful end for him and i, too, hope he has lots of his favorite foods whereever he is! _lucky girl
