Some panhandling, welfare-grabbing freeloaders are hanging around downtown begging for handouts instead of, like getting jobs like the rest of us hard-working Americans!

Aah, I mean - why the heck can't they just get a job like any other individual, instead of expecting hand-outs! Good thing the Troopers stepped in and showed them what is what.
