Notes from here and there

1. Last weekend, DL and I went up to see the dredge at Chatanika for the first time since it was destroyed in a fire.

2. Putting up firewood goes by so much faster with help at my side! After "doing it all" and being the ass-kickin', hyper-independent woman for years, it feels good to slow down a bit...

6. In other news, we had our first wildfire of the season yesterday. Good times!
