AHHHH!!!

There's a little bitty behbeh reindeer at the reindeer place! And I don't have my camera!! Ahhhh! I'll have to bring it tomorrow. :) Then I was told that about fifteen are born every year. FIFTEEN behbeh carry-boos! AHHHH!!

And, I must go check out if there are behbeh musk oxen as well, then!

Edit:

Are they domesticated?
Be careful. "Alaska is not tolerant" and "Alaska has the highest bear mauling rate on earth" quoted by the Discovery Channel. BTW, in the Discovery documentary film, when three campers encountered a brown bear 30 feet away, they blew the bear whistle loud, it stood high, looked and walked away. In another film with the bear in closer range, the guy sprayed the bear spray at it, and it walked away.
Do you bring the whistle at all times? How about a spray?

Hi Mudder!

I am talking about the reindeer (reindeer=domesticated caribou) herd that lives in a pen on campus. What does this have to do with bears?

You know, real life has enough real bad things and real dangers to worry about. It's really unhealthy to make up fake ones to worry about on top of it. You're making me sad for you. :(

Any parents will worry about Alaskan bears if the children hike, unless the parents are familiar with the area, knowing where is safe and not. I do not know, nor people I talk with. Everyone relates to AK bears with hiking in AK. Even in the Discovery Channel, it features bears, bears, bears. One person said "tell her to hike with someone runs slowlier than herself".
