The Summer sky in Fairbanks

funny how the sky looks the same everywhere. chinese people do live wherever the sun shines! (as in everywhere)
I don't think it looks the same everywhere. I think the color here is exceptionally blue, and the clouds seem to hang lower. I've heard that in Montana, "big sky country," the sky really does seem enormous. Here, it seems low, as if you could almost reach up and touch it.
i don't recall any difference (in the sky color) when i lived in alaska, but i did really enjoy the 24 hours of daylight (in the summer) that was great!

I think this looks like that Windows desktop background...but you know, cooler because it has nothing to do with Windows.
