Most unappetizing photo ever
I love the food section of my hometown paper, but this, this is appalling. Can anyone beat that for least appetizing photo ever? They even give you another angle of it, here.
Can you beat that?
I keep coming back to it and laughing hysterically.

lol! I don't know about Spanish sausages (have never tried them), but genuine German ones are honestly the best I've ever tasted. I don't think I could stay veggie if I lived in Germany.
It doesn't actually *sound* bad to me. Blood sausage? So what? I used to eat curdled blood that my mom would buy in blocks from the Chinese market... It's just those photos! Maybe it's the lighting, but it looks to me like someone arranged those white beans very prettily, and then held the plate under a dog's butt. :)
Wait--are we talking about blood sausage or about poutine? Because poutine, I am totally on board with. Cheese? Good. Potatoes? Good. No problem!
What a disaster. Maaaaaan, I can't even think of how they could have presented that better. Maybe sliced up part of it? No, that'd be worse, I think. Maybe that's why pictures of sausages are usually of the sausages lying side by side on the bbq grill...lots more appealing than the turd-on-a-plate presentation.
And yeah, I'll bet that's an absolutely delicious dish.
Eeww. There are so many things wrong with that photo that I don't even need to point out. As for the taste...blood sausage is disgusting. I lived in Spain for a year and its just no good. I implore you, DO NOT EAT SUCH THINGS!

It looks like something my girls would make. :)
I showed it to a gradstudent in my lab, and we both cringed. Worst. Food. Picture. Ever.
NO, thanks, not interested either.

Actually, most of http://images.google.com/images?q=poutine
It actually tastes pretty good, if you can get it all down without your heart exploding.

Well I hadn't wanted to say it, but the cats from next door often decorate our gravelled garden the same way...
Offal...and awful. ;)
