Please try to cut down bacons or bake out its grease ( then discard its fat) and maybe use it as sprinkles for flavoring.

Yes, there is a fancy shmancy pizza place on Santana Row around here that makes the most delicious brussel sprout salad - with bacon, of course. Even better with toasted walnuts and lemon, if you ask me.
Also, I see winter is coming, as you are now in bacon season.
