Smoke!
Pretty much the entire state is on fire, with new ones starting daily.

Is the view from your desk? I like it. Take showers before going to the cabin to wash off smoke in your hair and Drink a lot to flush out from the system. Maybe no running if the air quality is bad. Covering your nose/mouth when going outdoors helps too.
