@mdr, I agree! After my experience with adopting older dogs, I have to say I don't think I will ever need or want a puppy. It's only cute for a few months, and then you have to deal with a monster for a few years, until you finally get a dog. :)
Almost like training boys to be men... the difference is puppies will eventually become dogs...
