Hot weather eatz

Slice peeled cucumbers into thin pieces, squeez it with salt and then dump the water. Add sugar and lemon juice.

If you can get green bean spouts, blanch it in hot water, rinse in cold water, squeez out the water. Add salt and drops of sesame oil.

Boil green bean with water, simmer for 30 minutes.

You can also use the cucumber receipe for finely sliced cabbage or finely sliced dicon.
