My Playground is Open!
12F/-11C at the cabin this morning. 1F/-17C at the bottom of the hill.
Rosie Creek is frozen and passable, and the girls and I had an awesome, leash-free trail run.
Yay! My playground is open!

Can you make a post about the top 10 (e.g., skijoring) and the bottom 10 (e.g., lack of potty and ethnic restaurants) things about living in Fairbanks?
I don't handle transitions well, so once fall's beauty is over, I want winter to come asap. Same in spring. Once Mud Occurs, I need that to go away asap and have summer come. :)

I love your attitude about fall/winter! So much better than the impending doom thing that most people do, thanks!

There's so much wrong with romping around in 12 degree weather, Arvay. Brrrrrrr! It makes my eyeballs freeze, just reading this post.
But I'm glad you're happy! Lordie lordie, it's 75 this balmy evening here in the south bay area - I might have to put on some long pants soon....
