This one is almost all locally-produced. The zucchinis and peas are from my own garden, the lettuces, tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes are either from the farmer's market or from the "Alaska-grown" section of Freddie's, and the eggs are from the farm where Autumn and Linden grew up. Only the tuna and the olives are from Outside.

I LOVE tuna! But I never get tuna cat food bc of the mercury. :(
Oh, we eat tuna maybe once a month or so. The toehawks fall out in Summer and grow back in Winter.

We had garden salad tonight too! (Tomatoes galore and cucumbers with a dessert of artichokes!)
I love how huge your squash leaves and blossoms are (ours are tiny in comparison).
